Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not feeling the magic with your product, send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, in the original packaging and we will organise replacement, refund or credit! (excluding shipping costs).
We’re not happy if your new purchase is not adding some magic to your life!!

CD's and spices are non-refundable.

After 30 days returns are non-refundable.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.  Our lips are sealed!

Freight/Shipping within New Zealand

We aim to get your goods to you as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible.

 We will use our discretion and advise you which form of carrier is most suitable, ensuring always that the most cost effective solution is considered.

All freight charges are billed to the customer.

We have no objection to customers wishing to use their own courier however, once the goods leave our premises we will not accept any liability for damages as these will be deemed to have occured as a direct result of mishandling of the goods by yourselves or by your own courier.

International shipping will require an individual quote.

Delivery Times

We will process your order within 3 business days following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We endevour to send all goods on overnight courier as soon as payment has shown up.
